I am taking part in Children 1st's BIG Fitbaw Challenge. Professional football players on average travel 7 miles (or 14,000 steps) every game! By walking 7 miles I am supporting children and families throughout Scotland. Children 1st provides practical and emotional support to families throughout the country. Our work is needed now more than ever.
