Four years ago my wife Nadine underwent lifesaving surgery and treatment at the Mater University Hospital.

The care and treatment Nadine received during her time at the Mater was amazing and the support she continues to receive is fantastic - something we are very grateful for. There’s not a home in Ireland that’s not affected in some way by serious illness and it’s not an easy road to travel but with the proper support, facilities and care provided like those that Nadine received at the Mater, it certainly makes that journey a little more manageable.

This is a positive story - I am fundraising for the Mater Foundation and running Dublin on the 30^th October as a way of giving a little something back and raise valuable funds for The Mater Foundation. I appreciate, it is a very tough time at the moment for people to make donations but if you could give anything at all, it is much appreciated.
