We're going to hike at least 5km each in the Worcestershire countryside wearing silly superhero outfits, confusing villagers and trying not to get shot by farmers. And while we’re doing that, SuperBeef is going to be riding 5km on his exercise bike from his room at the QE. That deserves a few quid surely. 

EDIT: This challenge had to be moved to Sunday 2nd May, where we will now be completing it in a more urban setting around Worcester Racecourse and the River Severn. We’ve effectively swapped the slight danger of being shot for the certainty of mass ridicule and embarrassment, because if you aren’t humiliating yourself for charity in full view of the Great British public, then really what’s the point.

We're supporting WMRSASC as they're a very worthy cause who do amazing work in the local community, providing free, confidential and non-judgemental counselling, advocacy and helpline support to anyone who has experienced any form or sexual violence, abuse or assault.
