We love cycling.  We love Kilkenny Roots Festival. We love our friends. 

What better way to indulge all than by cycling from The Lewes Arms, Lewes, to the bar at Cleeres, Kilkenny, arriving just in time for the best weekend anywhere on the planet, The Kilkenny Roots Festival 2018. 

Early start, 30th April. 5 days, around 75 miles a day. Guinness in Cleeres afternoon 4th, May!  It won't be easy for us given the advancing years and steady fitness decline, but compared to what some of our dear friends are going through t will be a walk in the park. 

We want to raise as much money as possible for Cancer Research, who, alongside many others are trying to eliminate this terrible disease once and for all. So please donate a few of your well-earned coins to what is a great cause.. 

If you don't want to donate money, please donate good wishes, encouragement and just general good vibes as we try and do our bit for the cause.
