This year I will be running Brighton 10K. I have chosen to raise money for Dementia UK. This charity is close to my heart and means a lot to my mum and my family. My nan has vascular Dementia. Vascular dementia is a common type of dementia caused by reduced blood flow to the brain. It's estimated to affect around 150,000 people in the UK.
