Please help the aged !!!!!!

I'm Denice, aged a youngish 61,  fit, toned, in prime condition,  and I'm jumping out of a plane on Sunday 6th September 2009, 3 pm, to help raise funds for Llys Nini Animal Centre in Swansea !!!! I love my cats, but I just wish every one else loved theirs...

AND I AM SCARED TO DEATH.... more of the plane ride than the jump !!!!! Hahaha ... and worried about the weather too, ..... Monday 31st is off ..... bad weather .....

New date for the jump.... SUNDAY 6TH SEPTEMBER 2009 after 3pm .... fingers crossed....

I have been a volunteer at the rehoming centre for nearly 18 months now,  so I know how fantastic the centre is for the thousands of homeless and mistreated animals which are brought in from around South Wales. Llys Nini is a specialist rehoming centre under the umbrella of the RSPCA,  but they get no actual funding from the national organisation or the government. This is why I have been tempted to do this crazy thing ..... and jump out of a tiny plane at 15 thousand feet ..... harnessed to an unknown individual, taking my life in their hands !!!....

....and my life is cheap ...... only £1000.00 !! .......  (and a very kind mystery gentleman has donated £1000.00 before I have actually jumped, I'm gobsmacked!!.. and very grateful)

This is a great way for me to help Llys Nini Animal Centre to stay open for another year!!!! We need to  raise over £500,000 a year to run the centre, so PLEASE SPONSOR ME and come and watch if you dare!!!!! Swansea Airport on the Gower .

WOW.... I FINALLY GOT TO JUMP SUNDAY 6TH SEPTEMBER 09, AT 4PM. WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE, UTTERLY AMAZING ... MOMENTARY TERROR, EXHILARATION, EXCITEMENT, PEACE, CALM STILLNESS, AND VIEWS TO DIE FOR. THE GOWER IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL AND SPECTACULAR PLACE. THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING THIS SUCH A WORTHWHILE EXPERIENCE FOR MYSELF AND THE ANIMALS AT LLYS NINI .... WITHOUT YOUR GENEROUS HELP AND SUPPORT THIS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SO WONDERFUL. BLESS YOU ALL XX
