Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

It's my first official run of the New Year! Although it is a shorter distance than I would usually ask for sponsorship for, I have chosen to raise money for this one as my friend Susan lost her long battle with cancer in November this year. 

So many of us are affected by this awful disease. To have lost someone who was so young, a friend to many, a daughter to wonderfully supportive parents, a sister, a girlfriend, a cousin and a niece is terribly sad.

So that's my reason for asking you for a few pennies! It's going to be freezing cold and the thought of your kind donations will keep me warm!
