Save the Children is a global charity with membership in 27 countries that works to improve the lives of children around the world.  They fight for children who suffer from poverty, disease, injustice and violence by working  with them to find lifelong answers to the problems they face.

Reckitt Benckiser, in partnership with Save the Children, has a goal to save 150,000 lives in 3 years  by raising 1.5 million pounds (approx  $2.8 million). In June 2009 65 Reckitt Benckiser colleagues from around the world will take part in a Global Challenge for Save the Children.  I am humbled, honored and extremely excited  to be among them. The challenge - a trek in the Himalayas located in the Ladakh region of Northern India will conclude with a visit to Save the Children projects in the area. Please sponsor me in my quest to make a dramatic difference in the lives of innocent children.
