I am nearly 79 years old and a regular Park runnner , having completed 298 of them but had a nagging desire to maybe do a half marathon again, so decided to apply for the Conway 1/2 marathon.

I thought that someone should benefit from my endeavours so decided to raise funds for Ty Gobiath.
