Motor Neurone Disease moves fast. It takes away time, it takes away independence and it has no cure. Every day we support people affected by MND. We fund ground-breaking research. We campaign for better care. We’re here for everyone who needs us. Because with MND, every day matters.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I've successfully completed this event twice now, each time raising a few pounds for the MND Association.  This year I met some of those nice people from the charity and I'm glad I'd chosen to work with them.

I'm well practised now, London was my fifth of the year (previous outings being Stratford-upon-Avon, Blenheim, Army Sprint Championships and Caldicot) and I'm pleased to say that I finished in 1:40:57, beating last years time by 7:32.  I've jotted some thoughts down at http://www.shogem.co.uk but be warned; there are photos attached!

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: the Motor Neurone Disease Association gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

The event may be over for me, but the hard work of raising money to fund research into Motor Neurone Disease goes on.  Please make a donation and help make a difference.

Thanks in advance, your support means the world to me.
