We are the Derby Ravens Cheerleading squad from the University of Derby and have worked closely with Treetops throughout the year. We were due to participate in multiple fundraisers over Easter so this is our way of giving back.
As a result of Covid-19 Treetops Hospice are not able to do the usual fundraising which they need in order to stay up and running. This money will be going towards:
- £105 for a nurse to spend the night caring for a patient
- £50 for a child’s counselling session after they have lost a parent
- £10 for a child’s bereavement box
- £50 for a counselling session
As a team we have decided to collectively run two marathons over the course of a week (27/4-3/5), thank you to anyone who is supporting our marathons but most importantly thank you for supporting Treetops Hospice🧡💙
