Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Being diagnosed with Dementia is a life altering time, for many it can be a scary and lonely prospect, where your identity and independence feel under threat. The town break charity continues to be a blessing to our family, and so many others in the Stirling and Falkirk areas. For those living with and caring for a loved one with dementia their services are invaluable. They have allowed our family member to engage with activities in a caring and friendly environment he would otherwise have missed out on. They run coffee mornings, lunch clubs, friendship groups, befriending services, stimulation therapy and much more. They rely on donations to fund daily activities and volunteers to help run their engagement sessions.

Anybody with family living with Dementia will know how important charities like Town Break are, that's why I am cycling 100 miles around London on 29th May 2022 to raise funds to support their continued work. If you could make a donation, of any size, it will motivate me to keep pedalling for this great cause.

Don't forget to tick gift aid if you can :)
