I work in the Cancer Care day unit at Bournemouth Hospital (HODU). Together with three of my Nurse colleagues, we're running this with the aim to raise enough money to buy a small portable scanner to help us locate veins on patients for cannulations & peripheral blood taking, as some of our patients can have tricky to locate veins. This device would certainly assist myself & my nursing colleagues & could save some stress on our patients.
