Marie Curie provides care and support for people living with any terminal illness across the UK. Our nurses work night and day in people’s homes and our hospices offer specialist care. We also support people emotionally, provide practical information, and match them with trained volunteers.

Story

Finn decided that he wanted to do something nice in memory of his Granny Meg who passed away on July10th this year after suffering from a short but devastating diagnosis of cancer.

His plan is to walk 100 miles in the month of September to raise as much money as he can for the Marie Curie hospice in Belfast where Meg spent her last days.

Starting Sept 1st he will aim to walk 3-4 miles every day before going to school and hopefully reach 100 miles by the end of the month. We will track the walks each day using an app and post his progress each week on social media.
