This year I will be taking part in the Arran cycle challenge to raise funds for Rangers charity foundation. The challenge involves a very tough 72 mile cycle that includes several thousand feet of climbing in a figure of eight route round the island.

Every penny donated will be much appreciated and will go to help local causes and some further afield including. The  Glasgow City Mission, the Simon Community, the Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity, Scottish Autism, and Unicef, the world’s leading children’s charity.
