When you lose a life long friend at a young age, it reminds us how precious life is and that we should squeeze everything out of it while we can.  Not a day goes by when we don't think of Carol who was so full of life.
She inspired me to complete the Tahoe 200, a 205 mile non-stop race in the mountains around Lake Tahoe 2 years ago.  The global pandemic interrupted my 2020 fund raising but now I'm back and hope you will support me in raising money for this wonderful charity that supports so many families in and beyond their time of need.
On Monday 9th August I will be running 250 km in 7 days in the Romanian mountains, unsupported - carrying my own provisions for the week.  I've put 2 years training into preparing for this event and, having been locked down like everyone else, I can't wait to take part in this amazing event.  Your support would be greatly appreciated.
