Story
It's my employer (Ashbury's) 10th birthday this year and as part of that we're raising money for Cancer Research. We're calling it Ashbury's '10 for 10 years'. I've decided to take part in 2 personal challenges:
My 1st challenge will be a 10 x 10 fitness challenge for 10 days completing the following 10 exercises each day (with no break after each exercise!):
10 x push ups, 10 x lunges, 10 x overhead dumbbell presses, 10 x star jumps, 10 x squats, 10 x dumbbell rows, 10 x burpees, 10 x sit ups, 10 x step ups and 10 x boxing punches.
My 2nd challenge will be a bake (I couldn't not do that!). I will be attempting to bake and construct a 10 layer cake in the Ashbury colours. The tallest cake I've ever done is my son's rainbow birthday cake which was 6 layers, so 10 layers will definitely be a challenge for me!
For everyone wondering what will be happening to the cake after, well I think I will need it after my fitness challenge lol! :) Maybe I should do a 3rd challenge and eat the whole cake in 10 hours?!
