During the pandemic Captain Tom stepped up to support the NHS Covid-19 by taking on his famous walk and inspiring millions to donate. We are offering the chance to raise funds in the spirit of Captain Tom for the charity of your choice.

Story

I am indebted to the NHS for the support I got for my life threatening condition of Hypertrophic obstructive Cardiomyopathy and got fitted an ICD (implantable Cardiac Defibrillator) a device that can save my life and has allowed me to live and play music without anxiety.

Cardiomyopathy UK support is invaluable for people like me.

I will be playing 100 Ragas on the Sitar over the weekend of 30th April to 3rd May.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a catastrophic effect on charities, with the cancellation of thousands of events and the loss of billions in income. At a time when vulnerable members of society need them most, charities have had to cut services, furlough staff and some have even shut down. Captain Tom stepped up to help, taking on his famous walk to support the NHS Covid-19 appeal and inspiring millions to donate to the cause. I will be celebrating the extraordinary spirit of Captain Tom my way and help my chosen charity.
