Challenges have always been my thing. Why stick to the daily grind without shaking things up once in a while? So this year I decided to jump into an Ultra Challenge. Classic me, I don't know how to do things by halves and I've signed up to hike 100km from London to Brighton! I know it's going to be tough, but I'm up for it, blisters and all! I'm doing this for a great charity bringing experiences to kids that would otherwise not have them. We all had wishes as kids, so let's help make a few come true for kids who find even the most simple things a challenge through being critically ill in childhood.
I have set up this JustGiving page to support the charity I am raising money for during this challenge (see below). I know times are hard, but please donate what you can. Every little bit helps and it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for supporting the charity and me in doing this.
Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of Make-A-Wish Foundation UK and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
Make-A-Wish® UK creates life-changing wishes that revive the childhood that critical illness takes away, bringing light and joy at the darkest of times for a child and their loved ones. But right now, there are 60,000 children in the UK living with a critical condition, and they don’t have the resources to be that light for everyone. Your generous support will help them step closer to achieving their vision: to grant a wish to every eligible child. Together, we have the power to light up the darkness.
