On 20th September I am taking part in The London Duathlon. This is a run (10km)/cycle (44km)/run(5km) event taking place in Richmond Park (hopefully between 3/3.5hours).

I will try to raise funds for a local independent charity called 'The Brokerage Citylink' that has worked very hard for the past 20 years to provide opportunities to young people growing up in London. The charity seeks to create and develop skills and career opportunities for young people living/studying in the underprivileged areas surrounding the City of London and Canary Wharf.

I have benefited personally from a young age from the work of The Brokerage Citylink through its work in my school then college.  They work incredibly hard to create a level playing field for high achieving young people growing up in differing areas in london. Now I am personally involved in its Alumni Board as I fervently believe its work makes a very positive difference to many young people across London.
