Struggling with your mental health can impact the way you feel, think and the way you behave and these feelings can have a huge impact on you and the people around you. Conditions such as depression and anxiety can result in a poor quality of life and a negative effect on your
well-being. If you feel like you may be struggling it is important to get some help as these conditions are all manageable. 

Covid-19  has affected us all in different ways, and it’s been a very worrying time for a lot of us. From some of us just having down days to a lot of us being off work for many months on furlough, mental health has probably taken its toll on a lot of us for the times that no
one knew what was happening, especially for a lot of us working in the aviation industry.

During Covid -19 pandemic, the percentage of adults reporting symptoms of mental health issues went up by 41% from the previous years prior to the pandemic. As the Covid-19 impact is finally
starting to come to an end and we are slowly being able to live our daily life’s again, so for Christmas 2021 we want to celebrate better than we have other years by raising awareness of the help available and benefits of speaking up and looking out for one another.

On the lead up to Christmas we are going to holding a two week Christmas Jumper Period – starting on the 15^th December to help raise money for the Mind charity and promote the support out there for anyone that needs it. Lots of tools and support available on the DHL advantages app (Hapi App), ranging from the online therapy, journaling, GP Service, and Health Checks.
