Mixteca offers critical wellness services to the Latinx immigrant community in Brooklyn and beyond and has been supporting the Sunset Park community since the early days of the AIDS crisis 20 years ago. 

Please join me as I complete a wellness challenge in support of Mixteca's programming. Mixteca offers:

Mental Health Services - Mixteca serves and teaches others about appropriate communication and stress management techniques, especially in families that have experienced domestic gender-based violence 

Physical Health Services - Mixteca provides culturally-informed services that promote public health through educational programs and preventative efforts.
