Story

We are a group of young people aged 15-16 with NCS Ipswich Foundation.

One of our group members suffers with Type 1 diabetes and we thought it was relevant to spread awareness on the difficulties of diabetes and how to act fast within the event of a diabetic emergency.

With diabetes being the 8th top leading cause of death globally. It makes sense to educate the public to act on fast if they were to encounter an emergency. We will be making people aware of both the symptoms of hypoglycaemia and hyperglycaemia. As well as how to treat the patient during a high or a low.

Please spread the word and donate. All funds raised go to JDRF that work closely with diabetes in young people
