Trillium Health Partners - comprised of Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga Hospital and Queensway Health Centre - is caring for more patients now than ever before. In order to meet the ever rising demand and ensure that our health care professionals are equipped with the life-saving resources that they need, we are asking you to consider making an online donation to help purchase some of our hospital's equipment needs.

With a bold fundraising goal of $15,000 your donation will help purchase two ceiling lifts in the Renal Department. Ceiling Lifts are a motorized device that helps mobilize patients by transferring them from their wheel chairs to the dialysis chairs with the help of an overhead track.

Inspired by and in-memory of Lisa Houston

Lisa Houston affectionately known as Lisa Hearts is the inspiration behind this fundraiser. Lisa was kind, friendly and build strong friendships with everyone she came in contact with. She spent over 20 years receiving treatment at Credit Valley Hospital. On reaching our fundraising goal, we will be able to name a chair in Lisa's honour.
