Philip Chatwin, my dad and Isobel's grandad, died exactly 3 years ago, aged only 68, of heart disease. We are running 10K on 5th October, in his memory, on behalf of BHF.  We want to help BHF spread the message that it is possible prevent premature death through smarter lifestyle choices. I would never have dreamt that I would be able to run 10K three years ago - and I'm still not sure that I will be able to run it all, but we're going to give it a bloody good go!
