This year I am doing RideLondon-Essex as part of a small team of friends, and riding alongside my far younger and fitter colleagues at the charity! I am underprepared and rather unfit - but it will be fun (I hope) and of course it's all for an amazing cause! 

My mum was my biggest supporter but also a keen supporter of Pancreatic Cancer UK, as we lost our very good family friend Peter Symes to this dreadful disease. I am riding in memory of Peter and in honour of mum and her purple lights of Lindfield! 

All donations and cheering on the day - very gratefully received!!
