Hello,

THANK YOU SO MUCH to friends, family and workmates who have sponsored and supported me so generously in raising all this money for UNICEF!

I completed the 21km half marathon around London on Sunday in 1hr 55. 

There was a great atmosphere along the beautiful route and apparently the 500 of us running for UNICEF are on track to raising £300,000.

It's not too late to sponsor me if you've been holding fire and still feeling generous!
