Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am taking part in Alzheimer Scotland's Memory Walk Big Weekend 2020 and would love you to support me. I'll be walking across the Skye Bridge from Kyleaking to Kyle on 19th September with some family and friends and also taking Alzheimer Scotland West Highland's amazing Rainbow Scarf across the bridge too.
Alzheimer Scotland are working harder than ever to support people living with dementia and their carers during the Coronavirus pandemic and they need our support.
I hope to raise some funds for Alzheimer Scotland, raise awareness of dementia and at the same time show my thanks to all the hard working NHS workers and carers who are there for people living with dementia throughout the very difficult times the coronavirus pandemic.
This is especially important to me as my mum has dementia and is in a care home that has been badly affected by the virus. Many of the residents have sadly lost their lives and I'll be walking in memory of them too.
