I am honoured to have been selected for Courage on the Catwalk 2023 as Friends of ANCHOR is a charity very close to my heart.  Having been diagnosed with an aggressive breast cancer in April 2019, over the next 11 months I underwent surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy and I experienced first hand the generosity of this charity who aims to provide the best possible treatment, care and support to patients.  They make the long hours spent getting chemotherapy more bearable by providing a nice comfy chair to sit in!  Its amazing how much getting your nails done and coffee and cake can take your mind off things!   

Those that know me will know that walking the catwalk is my worst nightmare, I hate being centre of attention and would much prefer to be hiding in the corner but I feel its important to raise awareness for cancer whilst raising money for Friends of ANCHOR.  I would really appreciate any donation you can make, no matter how big or small.

Every penny from your donation will go towards the ANCHORED Together appeal; the charity's commitment to raise £2 million for additional extras within The ANCHOR Centre, which is currently under construction and due to open this year.  

All Friends of ANCHOR's overheads are covered by local company Balmoral Group so 100% of your donation will do great work.
