Anyone that knows me, knows I’m not a natural runner, so following my retirement from the Army, this will be my first step to getting fit.
Myself and 9 other ladies from the ‘patch’ are going training with/without buggies so we can make this 10km run:-))

Cancer effects so many people, within my family we have had our lives put on hold and turned upside down when Mum was diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer, thanks to CRUK she is now 11 years clear. 

I like many others have lots of friends and family who have had Cancer and come through it. Unfortunately not everyone has survived so I’m doing this run to help others and ensure those people effected by Cancer are not forgotten.
