Weston-super-Mare Cricket Club, like all businesses at the moment has suffered hardship due to the current pandemic. In October 2021, members and friends of the cricket club will be taking part in the Weston Super Half marathon to raise money for both the cricket club and Weston Hospicecare. The money raised for the cricket club will only be used for capital projects such as improvements to facilities and maintenance of the clubhouse and grounds. The cricket club is such an important part of many peoples lives, not just for the sport, but for the sense of community and belonging people associated with the club have.
