As many of you know my son is a regular user to claire house . Luke has been using claire house for the last 3 years and they have been absolutely amazing with him and the family by offering so much help and support when we have needed them most ❤️ I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for us so far x

So Jacob Dylan and Luke will be walking 3k or in Luke’s case being wheeled around , to raise money for claire house ❤️
