The past year has been a challenge for everyone, but coronavirus has particularly hit people affected by dementia hard.  That's why I'm taking on Swim for Dementia and raising vital funds.  

I'll be exchanging my gentle bobbing around in lakes and rivers for 6am indoor lane swims twice a week, and joining the awesome Hub Sea Swimmers on Wednesday nights for a bounce in the sea!
