Hello everyone thank you for coming to see our JustGiving page for Special Effect. This will be our 3rd year we have done the Descent into Insanity Event, a 24 hour Gaming Live stream with 12 different games throughout the day.

But unlike the last 2 years where only GD stayed up for the full 24 hours, with other Cravers joining him throughout the day, he will be joined by fellow teammate and good friend Hanksy for the full 24 hours.

With this year focusing on co-operative gaming, we will be including games like Fortnite, Sea of Thieves, Keep Talking & Nobody Explodes and more.

But why Special Effect out of all other charities that our out there? I mean for the last 2 years we have always chosen to do this event for Special Effect and the reason is simply, as a gaming community that has been around over half a decade, we believe everyone should feel welcome to play no matter their gaming skill, and Special Effect gives those who find it difficult to play games the ability to enjoy something that brings joy to many out there by creating specialised controls for those who cannot simply pick up a controller and play.

In the end gaming should be for everyone and Special Effect helps make this happen for everyone.
