Hi all,

On October 10th me and my mate Carwyn are running the Manchester marathon to raise money for the lingen davies foundation. This charity holds a close place in my heart because as many of you will know I lost my beautiful mother to cancer at the start of this year. 

Kate loved lingen davies and really appreciated everything that they did for her and I think she would be so pleased so see us doing this for one of her favourite charities.

We are currently 3 months into our training with just over a month to go. It's been tough so far but we're both looking forward to the 10th! Thank you for any donations you can make.
