The Bahamas Education, Culture, and Science Foundation, BECS, was founded to support organizations and institutions in The Bahamas that are involved in tertiary education, cultural endeavors, and scientific research. The BECS Foundation was incorporated as a not-for-profit foundation in the State of Florida in 2003, and has full approval from the IRS as a 501c3 tax-free organization

Colleagues and friends...I want to personally appeal to each of you to please re-post on your channels. Our UB-North campus on East Grand Bahama has been devastated and our thoughts and prayers are with all of our friends in the Northern Bahamas as we rush much needed supplies and continue evacuations...Help is needed desperately and quickly
