Mike Selle was my sons father in law, a larger than life character who enjoyed life to the full before a short illness and cancer took him from us far too early. His last day was spent at the hospice which afforded him and the family great dignity, compassion and care.

I am lucky to be fit enough to run a half marathon and try to remember Mike whilst raising some funds for this good cause.

Please help where you can, every pound counts.
