Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Throughout the Month of May i am challenging myself to a Cold Water swim (/dip) every day, rain, hail, shine or snow you never know what you will get with the N.I. weather, to raise some money for the Psoriasis Association UK.

I was diagnosed with psoriasis about 5 years ago and after trying numerous types of treatments i have finally got it under control with immunosuppressive treatments. Previously when it would flare up i found that swimming in the sea on holidays really helped my skin.

For this reason I am going to challenge myself to get into the Irish Sea, and raise money for this cause which is very close to my heart. Throughout the month I will be donating money for every day i manage to complete my daily swim to help keep myself accountable.

I understand that this has been a tough year for everyone but if you fancy throwing a few pounds my way to help me through my craziness it would be greatly appreciated.
