Our mates from down under have stood on many a beach for us in times of need. So Saturday 18th January portabello beach Edinburgh, we do the same thing.

 8.30 am we will Meet on "the landing grounds" make our stand for Australia and submerge in the cold water to cool down for them. 

Meet by the gymnastic club for 8.30 I will be wearing budgy smugglers. We will have a warm up then submerge for our mates.
