Hello again people. This time last year I set out to raise
£500 for MDVS and ended up getting over £2000 from lots of wonderful human beings. I will be doing the same thing all over again on Saturday May 29th because MDVS still needs lots of support especially due to the situation over the last 12 months.
I chose to raise money to benefit Merseyside Domestic Violence Service who are a grassroots organisation based in Liverpool. MDVS work with families affected by Domestic violence. They aim to safeguard women, children and young people through education, & empowerment. They offer support, advice and educational programs aimed at breaking the cycle of abuse and aiding the recovery process.
In order to raise money for MDVS I will be undertaking the only marathon that I am capable of, a vinyl DJ marathon set on Saturday 29th of May. I will be playing all kinds of records from 9am until 9pm. Live from my living room on Twitch & possibly wangling sounds into your ears via other means as well.
