I am trying to raise a minimum of £1,400 which is what it costs to Sponsor one of the Cabs to make this possible, by donating a minimum of 5% from all Bookings I take from 9th October 2017 until September 2018, I am sure this can be done. All it takes is for you to either Donate directly to this page or to book me for a Disco or book the New Photo Booth which would be between £5 - £40 on every one.

I currently have 18 bookings between these dates so a good start of at least £100 for the pot.

For this charity everybody involved donates their time & money, so when you think there are some 90+ Taxi drivers using their own Cabs, the Organisers, the volunteer staff to help with everything that needs organising for 200+ seriously ill children, their parents/carers.

Ambulances & Staff, RAC, AA, UK & French Police plus a host of other services and little ole me, and to also organise everything on the French side of things as well, the venue, the hotels, the park tickets, the food & drink, and everything is FREE for every child, it is an amazing feat to get it all done in less than a year.

My part is small in comparison but does need to be done. This year I will leave Bishops Stortford station at 9am and arrive in Disneyland Paris at approx 4.30pm. After sorting out the Hotel room I will go to the meet and greet area for the children who will be arriving at about the same time. The look on their faces when they are greeted by some of the Disney Characters is priceless and not to be missed.

The following morning I will be at the venue setting up the sound and lighting with the french crews and having sound & light checks until it is how I want it. Then it's a chat with the Disney Character Manager to get this years official disney music on a memory stick and to make sure they get the timings right and to try convince them to allow the characters to join in with the dancing with the kids, have succeeded the past 2 years so should be ok this year...I did get a message from them asking if I was going to be there this year as they now have my light show sorted and want to show it off.

Then back to hotel for lunch and to get ready for that evening. Liaising with the organisers, mainly Phil, it should all go according to plan and everybody will have a great time.

The following morning, if I have time, I get the chance to have a look around the park which I am hoping is different from 2015 & 2016 as it is their 25th Anniversary and hoping they have done something special. I will be taking hundreds of photos and hours of video as I have done previously which I will edit and post on YouTube, the pictures are in the form of a video slideshow, so whenever I am feeling that life is taking it's toll, I can just play these back and turn my life around instantly.
