Hi, on March the 14th I am running a half marathon (13.109375 miles or 21.097494 km) in The Hague, The Netherlands (www.cpcloopdenhaag.com). I have decided to run this event to raise money for a charity that is close to my heart, the Multiple Sclerosis Trust. As some of you might know, my girlfriend's mum has MS and it is for people like her that this charity can make a difference. I set myself the challenge of completing the course in two hours and am currently training hard to achieve this.
