I'm once again running the Royal Parks half-marathon in October this year, raising money for Epilepsy Action. 

As someone living with epilepsy, I know firsthand how frightening and disruptive it can be. I'm lucky to have only minimal impact on my day-to-day life now, but I know millions aren't so lucky. As the UK's most common neurological condition, there's a good chance someone in your life - a friend, a colleague, a family member - has epilepsy too.
