The ALS Steps for Hope event is something extremely important to our family and community. It brings families together where they can meet others, learn more about this disease, how to cope, and gives resources to turn to.

Since this event is virtual this year, we invite and challenge you to run a 5k or walk a mile. Get out and move with your family and friends! Tell others why you are walking, and invite them to do the same.

We kindly ask you to consider donating to this important cause. Though there may not be t-shirts or raffle prizes this year, please donate what you can during this time because everything counts. ALS research and families cannot wait.
