Taff Trail Walk · 22 September 2012

We support projects and organisations which divert young people aged 10-25 from criminal and anti-social behaviour and substance misuse.

Story

A team of dedicated fundraisers from Dolmans are once again donning their walking boots to raise money for South Wales Police Youth Trust. After the success of the Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge in 2010, this year on 22 September 2012, a range of personnel from the firm will be walking the length of the Taff Trail from Merthyr Tydfil to Cardiff Bay, a distance of approximately 26 miles in aid of our nominated charity.

South Wales Police Youth Trust was established by trustees in 2009 as an independent grant - giving Trust with the aim of improving the quality of life for young people - who live and work in the South Wales Police area, by tackling crime and the fear of crime. Recent projects include funding for Caewathan Youth Centre and football coaching in Aberavon. For full details of the work being carried out by the trust visit their website http://swpyouthtrust.org.uk/

We would all be very grateful for any support given as we take on this challenge.
