Soo, As of the 17th September I shall be starting an instructor training Programme (ITP) with Rock UK. This is a two year process and whilst taking part in this I shall be gaining instructor qualifications in climbing, paddle sports and potentially mountain leader and caving. Along side this, there will be discipleship and leadership training that is designed to challenge my faith, build it up and develop me into a more well rounded person.

This is something I felt like I wanted to do 6 years ago but I was unable to due to a football injury. I now feel like it is the perfect time for me to start a course like this as It will enable me to prove to myself that there is more I can offer to people and also myself. Rock UK is a Christian Charity that that has a passion for young people and building them up and encouraging them to face there fears and provide an environment where adventure and achievement go hand in hand. 

The money raised will help the running of the ITP course with the essential equipment and gear that I will be provided as well as the maintenance of equipment and activities. and for the faith based training to be provided too. There are 4 centres and I shall be in Scotland (Whithaugh Park) for an initial 3 months of training so I will be able to lead sessions when I go to my main Centre in Wales (Summit) in January where I shall be a member of the instructor team.

Deciding to start this programme was a big step in faith and trust for me and any donations big or small will be so gratefully received.
