 I met the Parks for Play team in a local park  with my  son in 2014 and we had a great time playing in the rain with  a diverse group of children . I soon joined their team of play practitioners because play is a wonderful way of bringing different children at risk of social isolation together and supporting their development .Play combats loneliness and I am running because  no children should be lonely. .
