In October 2018 I will be joining an expedition in Kathmandu to climb Mera Peak, the highest trekking peak in Nepal at 6,476m (21,247 feet).

Other than being a mid-life crisis gone wrong, I am taking part in this expedition to raise funds and awareness for the fab people at The Eve Appeal.  In 2001 my Mum, Anna died from ovarian cancer.  A couple of years ago my sister Jo was diagnosed with cancer of the womb.  Thankfully, because Jo knew the symptoms of gynaecological cancers, her diagnosis was quick and following surgery, she is in complete remission.

Please help me to help The Eve Appeal raise awareness and fund research into the 5 gynaecological cancers.
