Regain is the only charitable organisation dedicated solely to improving the independence of all British men & women who have become tetraplegic as a result of a sporting or leisure accident. A tetraplegic is unable to walk and has limited reach & dexterity because use of the arms is severely impaired.

Story

I have done a lot of rides this year and not ask any of you for a penny...until now!

This time it's the Ride London 46 mile challenge!

Any donation will make a huge difference to others like myself who have suffered a devastating spinal cord injury. Your donation can improve the quality of life and independence and hopefully get them back into sport and get on with a 'normal' life.

You all know that in 1993 I broke my neck, becoming paralysed from the chest down. Over the years Regain has helped buy for me very expensive equipment like a lightweight wheelchair and a fantastic handbike. There was no other avenue to enable me to get this vital equipment and thankfully Regain was there. The equipment and support has changed my life, gaining me independence, mobility, and a better quality of life.

Your life can change in a minute, with a donation, a minute can change somebodies life. So please support Regain, dig deep and donate now.
