I am raising funds for the Yorkshire Cancer Centre at St James hospital, cancer will after 1 in 3 of us during our life time, we need to better understand and treat this disease.

My training is improving, but I don’t expect a personal best, im still carrying too much weight. Im running tonight so will let you now how I feel.
